MAINTENANCE REQUEST

If you have an emergency that is hazardous to you or others, call 911 immediately. 

 

If it's a minor issue, we recommend troubleshooting the issue yourself before submitting a maintenance request. (See our list below of common issues or check out YouTube!) If you do submit a request, providing accurate and complete information will ensure a better diagnosis and resolution of the problem.

In the event of a "property emergency" please call (309) 660-5932 or (309) 242-8985. If your request is deemed an emergency, a maintenance contractor will call you back ASAP. A property emergency is defined as anything relating to the property under the lease agreement that is threatening the integrity of the property.
